So I had to force myself to venture into what Hughie Hewitt would say about his darling John Roberts, and the president who appointed him, and adherence to the Constitution, and what not, and sure enough in the first paragraph, Hughie Hewitt delivered impeccably the twisted logic that only a lawyer of the stupid party could:
" I have ventured the opinion that perhaps --just perhaps-- originalists will eventually recognize Chief Justice Robert's decision and opinion yesterday as a bit of judicial genius that will be his Marbury v. Madison --the case that at first glance seemed a win for an executive whom the then Chief Justice opposed but which was in reality a huge win for the Court and the original design of the Constitution."
That's right,....its a stroke of genius in a chess match delivered by Chief Justice Robert to call the individual mandate Constitutional.
What a bunch of Charlie Browns the stupid party is. With "friends like this" you don't need enemies. Good luck. I ain't voting for the stupid Mormon of the stupid party in the whitehouse to paint the nation Hewitt's favorite color: "purple".
