Nope. We don't want religion influencing government. We want government dictating every minutia of our lives right down to how much toilet water we flush. And what is the basis of their political-economic theory? What standard do they use? Basically their world view emanates from their crotches. We elect progressive-Marxist candidates to office who will destroy prosperity and true religion based on populism. Oh, but Obama will protect small business owners if they are hurting...giving them tax breaks....he just doesn't want them making too much money.....(over $250K? $150K?...whatever !).
I must say, this follows biblical patterns perfectly....we are being judged for our godlessness.
The bible advocates capitalism - libertarianism. Minimal human government, personal liberty, protection of personal property, low taxes, and the treatment of people on a level basis (no respect for those of wealth or of those in poverty...Lev 19:15).
While I have been blaming the Federal Reserve System as one of the roots to most of our problems, it seems even some within that organization are finally coming to their senses.

Guess when all else fails, get back to biblical standards whether we
like it or not. How long before Obama (if ever) heeds the bible? We
already know Bush will completely ignore biblical standards. I'm not going to hold my breath.
